Adamera Minerals Advances Talisman Tungsten Targets to Strengthen US Domestic Supply

The global push for secure domestic supplies of critical minerals has placed renewed attention on tungsten, a metal essential for defense applications, industrial tools, and emerging technologies. With the majority of worldwide production concentrated overseas, U.S. investors are increasingly evaluating companies that hold domestic assets capable of contributing to a more resilient supply chain.

Adamera Minerals Corp. (ADZ:TSX.V) has taken a concrete step forward at its Talisman property in Washington state by defining three priority drill targets through detailed geophysical work. This positions the company to potentially expand known mineralization beyond historic mine workings and contribute to American tungsten resources.

Why Tungsten Assets Are Drawing Investor Interest

Tungsten stands out for its exceptional hardness and high melting point, making it indispensable in applications ranging from cutting tools to military components. Recent market dynamics, including rising defense requirements, have highlighted the importance of developing North American sources. China, Russia, and North Korea produce roughly 90% of the world’s tungsten, underscoring the strategic value of projects located within the United States.

Industry observers note that defense demand currently accounts for around 12 percent of global consumption and is projected to increase, potentially shifting traditional consumption patterns away from the automotive sector over the coming decade. Ashitha Sivaprasad for Reuters wrote about the metal’s market, highlighting these evolving trends and the resulting investment opportunities in non-Chinese supply.

Adamera’s Talisman Project Offers Scale Potential

At the historic Talisman mine, three priority drill targets have now been outlined using three-dimensional inversion modeling of ground magnetic data. This work has identified deep magnetic features that may correspond to tungsten-copper-silver mineralization extending well beyond previously developed areas.

The Mine Zone target, considered the highest priority, shows approximately one kilometer of strike length with modeled depth exceeding 200 meters and remaining open at depth. Historic mining took place along the eastern flank of the anomaly, a location often associated with higher-grade replacement-style mineralization in skarn systems.

The Southern Discovery target sits roughly 720 meters from the old mine workings. It features more than 200 meters of modeled depth extent and has never been drill tested. A high-grade surface sample of 0.33 percent WO3 coincides with this magnetic body, consistent with potential buried skarn mineralization where geological conditions favor tungsten deposition.

The Central-Western Anomaly displays a strong dipolar magnetic signature typical of magnetite-bearing skarn systems. Although surface cover has limited prior sampling, elevated copper values have been noted, and a structural lineament connects this feature to the Mine Zone, suggesting they may share a common mineralizing source.

Next Steps Toward Drill Testing

Field crews are mobilizing to conduct soil and rock sampling along structural corridors, prospecting and geological mapping focused on magnetic gradient zones, and VLF-EM surveying to delineate conductive structures that could host sulphides. These activities are designed to refine the targets ahead of drilling.

Adamera’s CEO Mark Kolebaba noted that historic operations exploited only a small portion of what now appears to be a much larger mineralized system, with the new modeling confirming both lateral and depth extensions.

Financing Supports Focused Exploration

Shortly before the geophysical results were released, the company announced a non-brokered flow-through financing of 6,000,000 units for CA$900,000.

Proceeds are earmarked for qualifying exploration work at the South Hedley project in British Columbia, allowing the company to advance multiple assets simultaneously while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation.

Analyst Perspectives on Valuation and Catalysts

Market analysts have highlighted Adamera’s dual focus on gold and tungsten as a compelling combination for investors seeking exposure to strengthening commodity prices.

1John Newell of John Newell & Associates focused on Adamera’s established reputation as a gold explorer and assigned a Speculative Buy rating of around CA$0.10, emphasizing the importance of upcoming drill programs.

2Stewart Thomson discussed the company’s progress and set short-term, medium-term, and long-term price targets of CA$0.28, CA$0.80, and CA$1.50, respectively, citing the potential for a technical breakout.

Broader project pipeline elements such as Buckhorn 2.0, Empire Creek, Flag Hill, and the Hedley Copper-Gold Project continue to attract attention as investors monitor 2026 drill results across the portfolio. Investors are watching Adamera’s projects for indications of how these assets may contribute to future value creation.

Share Structure and Ownership Profile

Adamera Minerals Corp. maintains a market capitalization of CA$8.13 million with 54.3 million shares outstanding. The 52-week trading range has spanned CA$0.05 to CA$0.17.

3Institutional investors hold 3.29 percent of the shares, management and insiders own 4.61 percent, and the remaining 92.1 percent is held by retail shareholders.

These ownership characteristics are typical of junior explorers and provide retail investors with meaningful liquidity while retaining significant insider alignment. The recent financing extends the company’s ability to execute its exploration plans without immediate dilution pressure beyond the flow-through structure.
